Terms of Service

Acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use StreetShare™. You may upload and share files you have the legal right to share. Do not upload material that is illegal, infringes copyright, depicts minors in a sexual context, contains malware, or violates the privacy of others. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and share, and you agree to indemnify StreetShare™ against claims arising from that content. We may remove any file or account at our discretion if we believe these terms have been violated.

Your content

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant StreetShare™ a limited license to host, store, and serve those files so they can be delivered to anyone with the share link. This license terminates when the file is deleted (either by you, by account closure, or by automatic expiry).

Anyone with a share link can download and keep a copy of the file; once a file has been downloaded we cannot recall it. Share your links accordingly.

Free tier

The free tier allows up to 1 GB of total storage with files no larger than 50 MB each. Files automatically expire 30 days after upload and are then permanently deleted. We make no guarantees that files will be retained beyond this window or recoverable after expiry.

StreetShare™ Plus (paid subscription)

StreetShare™ Plus is a recurring, auto-renewing subscription billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($29.99/year). You can subscribe inside the StreetShare™ app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, or on the web at streetshare.net/account. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price and continues until you cancel. While your subscription is active, your files do not auto-expire and you may store up to 25 GB total with files up to 200 MB each.

Cancellation. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed: App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID settings, Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account, and web subscriptions from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access, and your files stay permanent, until then. After your subscription ends, your files enter a 30-day grace period during which they remain accessible; after the grace period, they revert to standard 30-day expiry rules and will be deleted by the automated cleanup job.

Refunds. Billing and refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their terms; we cannot issue refunds for those purchases directly. For purchases made on the web, refunds are not offered except where required by law. If a refund or chargeback is issued, your subscription is treated as cancelled and the grace-period rules above apply.

Service lifetime. If StreetShare™ is discontinued, we will provide at least 60 days of advance notice and a mechanism for paid users to download their files before the service shuts down.

Account deletion and data export

You can delete your account and all of your uploaded files at any time from the Settings screen in the StreetShare™ mobile app. To request a copy of your data (GDPR/CCPA), email support@satoru.ink from the email address associated with your account.

No warranty

StreetShare™ is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, speed, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to StreetShare™ will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StreetShare™ after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
