How billing works
Plus is a Stripe-managed subscription. You can pay monthly or annually, switch between them in the customer portal, and cancel any time.
What happens when I cancel
You keep Plus access through the end of your paid period. After that, your files get a 30-day grace period before standard 30-day expiry rules resume.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a dunning window. You keep access during dunning. If it isn't resolved, the subscription cancels and the grace period above kicks in.
Why subscribe in the browser?
The iOS app keeps subscriptions out of in-app purchase. You sign up on streetshare.net/account using the same email as your mobile account — your Plus benefits flow through automatically.
